Refund policy

At Affirmation Stickers, each item is custom-made with care. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the product. Please choose carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item has a major problem. This includes situations where the product:

  • Arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.
  • Is significantly different from its description.

If this happens, please contact us at hello@affirmationstickers.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.



Return Postage

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrectly made product), we will cover all postage costs.
  • If the return is approved for any other reason, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-made products (unless faulty or incorrectly made).
  • Sale items and gift cards.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
